1. Purpose of Interview Trainer
IT company interviews require not only technical knowledge but also the ability to accurately convey your experience and thoughts in English. The Interview Trainer lets you practice responses based on actual job roles and descriptions, building practical interview skills.
Questions based on job descriptions give you an experience close to real interviews. Build ability to handle questions from different role perspectives.
After the interview, AI evaluates your responses. Get explanations of good and bad points for each statement with specific improvements for next time.
2. Prepare Job Description
If you don't have a specific JD or just want to practice first, click the "Auto-generate Job Description" button. AI will automatically create a job description for a typical IT role.
If you have an actual company's job description, copy & paste it into the text area. Using a real JD gives you more realistic interview practice.
Input is saved to browser local storage, so you can continue practicing with the same content next time.
3. Prepare Resume (Optional)
Resume input is optional, but setting one lets AI generate more specific questions based on your background.
4. Start Interview
Once ready, press "Start Conversation" button to begin the interview. AI becomes the interviewer and asks questions based on the job description and resume.

If your response is long, it may take several to tens of seconds for AI to analyze and generate the next question. Please wait even if there's a long pause.
